- Do we have to replace the field service software we already use?
- No. KocerRoxy sits on top of it. Work orders come in, an approved plan goes back out, and your technicians keep using the mobile app they already know. If you are still running dispatch out of a spreadsheet, that works too.
- What data does KocerRoxy actually need?
- Operational business data only: work orders, site and asset records, technician skills and certifications, truck stock, and service contract terms. We do not need consumer records, payment card data, health information or biometric data, and we do not ask for them.
- Who owns the data we put in?
- You do. Your operational data stays yours, you can export it at any time, and we delete it within 30 days of a written request or account closure. We do not sell customer data and we do not use one contractor's data to serve another.
- How does the scheduler decide?
- It combines a constraint solver with models trained on your own dispatch history. Hard rules, like a certification a job legally requires, are never broken. Soft goals, like drive time and overtime cost, get optimized against each other. Every suggestion shows why it was made, and a human approves the board before anyone is dispatched.
- Which trades is this built for?
- Commercial HVAC, commercial refrigeration, boilers, building controls and mechanical service contractors: the shops holding service agreements on rooftop units, chillers, racks and walk-ins. Residential-only companies are not the fit today.
- What does onboarding look like?
- Roughly two weeks. Week one is import and setup. Week two runs in shadow mode, where KocerRoxy plans the day beside your dispatcher so you can compare boards before you trust it. You go live when the plans stop surprising you.
- When does it launch?
- The founding cohort is onboarding in waves, in waitlist order. Join the list and we will write to you with a slot and the exact start window, not a drip campaign.
- How does billing work?
